The book addresses the issue of educator's research training from the perspectives of pedagogical sciences, where the skills, abilities and values of scientific activity are analyzed. The integral valuation of the scientific work allows to present the results in two directions: research training linked to the initial and permanent training of educators and on the other hand, related to school hygiene and health education, where the link between the general, the particular and the singular is evidenced. The contributions are presented both in the context of the initial training of educators and in the context of postgraduate education, particularly academic training. The impacts of the results obtained by the author in the environment of the educational system where educators are protagonists are presented, as well as the effect produced on them and the necessary feedback for subsequent decisions to be taken. An element to ensure transformations in the participants and in their professional performance contexts from the development of creative potentialities.
