S. Estifanos, the leading author and editor of this book, is an assistant professor of Environmental Geosciences. He is a lecturer, researcher, advisor and consultant based on Mekelle University. His academic background is earth science with BSc in geology from Addis Ababa University in 1998. MSc in Environmental geology in 2006, The Netherlands.
