This book is part memoir, part clients' experience, and part guidance. The goal of Reset Your Life is to help you put the pieces of your life puzzle together to give yourself another chance to move forward and enjoy your life to the fullest. Jen shares several of the tools and techniques she has discovered along her own journey that you can also use to not just survive the challenges you're facing now or might face later in life but to truly thrive. This life is a one-time opportunity, so you've got to maximize your potential and make the most of it while you have the chance. We all engage in behavior that drains our energy and joy from time to time, such as people-pleasing, wanting to belong with everyone, and feeling bad when rejected. This book shows you how to identify these behaviors and correct them so that you can enjoy your life fully.
