Augustine Nduka Eneanya (Ph.D.) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, University of Lagos, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. He has worked in Public Sector for 16 years and private sector for 12 years and advanced to the post of General Manager. He also worked as the Managing Consultant of a Human Resources Consulting Firm in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a member of many professional associations, among which are America Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants. He is the author of several books, and published scholarly papers in local and international journals. He was awarded "Distinguished Scholarship Award" by Zambia Society of Public Administration, Lusaka, Zambia on December 6, 2016.
