The author: Gill Steel. LLB, ATT, TEP, MBA, is a solicitor who has operated in the field of legal training and consulting for over 20 years. She has more than 30 years specialist experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts Tax and Elderly Client issues. She also provides off-the-shelf or bespoke training for organisations and professional bodies. As this book shows, Gill has a gift for making Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and Elderly Client topics practical, engaging, informative and clear. An extremely knowledgeable and inspirational conference speaker, Gill is known by thousands of private client practitioners and has spoken at over 900 events with regular engagements throughout the country.
