Colleen Rouse has been Co-Pastor, alongside her husband, and CEO of Victory World Church for 29 years. Victory began with six people in a small apartment living room and has now grown to 16,000 members with multiple church campuses and 130 nations represented in membership. With over 200 employees, Colleen's strategic leadership skills have been instrumental in leading the Victory organization toward its success today.Colleen is Founder of Thrive Today, birthed out of the support of John Maxwell's Thrive initiative. She is a Certified Coach and has been invited to speak at churches and organizations across the world regarding her expertise on biblical truths for women in leadership.She also serves on the advisory board of Southeastern University, as well as, the board of directors for Street Grace-- an abolitionary non-profit aiming to end all domestic sex trafficking in Atlanta, Georgia. Colleen advocates both locally and abroad in support of efforts to end human trafficking, providing funds and safe homes in places like Thailand and Ethiopia.When Colleen is not traveling the world, you'll find her in Georgia co-leading at Victory and enjoying time with her new granddaughters.
