I grew up in Wisconsin. As a child my nickname was Dee Dee, then in adult years... I was known as Diane. Now as a new Grandma, I'm back to Dee Dee, a name my father coined. My hobby has been photography since I was very young, thus"Focus" on What's Important (fow-i.com). My father's passion of photography inspired me and he gave me his first camera, a Brownie Hawkeye, to use and document life. He showed me how photography could capture the moment, stop time in a flash, and create a priceless memory. Upon reviewing my digital archive, I was motivated to create unique cards with some of my photographs. Friends told me to sell them, so I set up an Etsy shop. (etsy.com/shop/FocusOnWhtsImportant/ -no "a" in what's)Now, I have added story books to my list of projects. I would love to inspire others to be creative, enjoy nature and all living things around them. Focus on What's Important! I currently live in Somers, Wisconsin with my husband and our dogs, Bode & Jasper. We have loved a few other sweet dogs through the years and will always cherish those memories.Hope you enjoyed the book!DEE DEEFeel free to connect with me. focus.on.whats.important.77@gmail.com
