In the current research, as a result of two preparation programs, that is to say, Plyometric Training and Resistance Training, the following improvements happen in Physical fitness variables (speed, Agility, and shoulder strength substance and hematological variables (red blood cell count, Hemoglobin and platelet count) of handball players. It was decided from the results of the study that two exploratory groups, namely, the Plyometric Training Group (PTG) and the Resistance Training Group (RTG) have reached important improvements as distinguished to Control Group (CG) towards reconstructing the picked bodily conditioning variables, to a degree speed, agility and push substance. Significant bettering was in the direction of the plyometric training group (PTG) and resistance preparation group (RTG) when distinguishing to control group towards reconstructing the picked hematological variables, in the way that red blood cell count, and platelet count. It was decided that the Plyometric Training Group (PTG) proved to be better than the resistance preparation group in reconstructing the picked bodily conditioning variables, such as speed and deftness and hematological variables.
