ABDURAHMAN SHERALIYEV wurde am 21. November 1949 im Gebiet Namangan, Bezirk Narinsky, Dorf Uchtepa geboren. Von 1970 bis 1976 war er Student an der Staatlichen Universität Taschkent. Derzeit ist er Kandidat der biologischen Wissenschaften und außerordentlicher Professor an der Staatlichen Universität Namangan.
