The book is about an experiment conducted for MSc thesis regarding the effects of number of seedling per hill, inter and intra row spacing on growth, yield and yield parameters by transplanting method of rice production.in the result it was found that transplanting 3 seedlings per hill with 30 cm inter-row spacing, and with 20 cm intra-row spacing was attain maximum grain yield of transplanted rice under irrigation.

Tamiru Dejen, nasceu a 27 de Julho de 1989 em Welenchity, Etiópia. Licenciou-se na Universidade Haramaya na escola de ciência das plantas em Julho de 2010. Depois disso, licenciou-se em Mestrado em Agronomia, em Outubro de 2018. Actualmente trabalha como investigador assistente no Instituto Etíope de Investigação Agronómica como agrónomo de culturas.
