Paul V Mathew Ph. D, MBA is a practitioner cum academician having a decade experience in tourism management. He was the Sate Team Leader of Responsible Tourism Initiatives in Kerala. Being a management expert, Dr. Paul has published many research works and books. Currently, he works at the Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala.
