Mahona J. Paschal obtuvo su Maestría en Gestión y Planificación de la Educación en la Universidad de San Agustín de Tanzania. Desde 2017, Mahona ha participado y se ha presentado en conferencias nacionales e internacionales sobre educación y desarrollo sostenible. Actualmente se desempeña como Embajador de Servicio y Aprendizaje en Tanzania.
