The Tessa Jetson Foundation raises money through donations and fund-raising events, to provide women who have suffered abuse the opportunity to attend the Restart Your Life Retreat for free. There have been many success stories, and this book shares some of them. The Restart Your Life Retreats, does just that for women who have suffered abuse. The retreat has been life-changing for many women. The women who come to the retreat are ready to move forward in their lives, and it's such a fun and positive experience. They have been in abusive relationships but are ready to take control of their lives and move forward. Fourteen women have had the courage to share their experiences in this book. Some have written their personal story, or been interviewed and others have provided testimonials. They have all moved forward from their abuse and are achieving their goals in life. They are: Tessa Jetson, Carol Stimpson, Lee De La Cruz, Charlene Lester, Lisa Ford, Jes Colaiacovo, Lauretta Pasutto, Belinda Knight, Vikki Ross, Esther Kuan, Jennie Lukupa, Angela Simpson, Jamie Conrad and Hailey Dikes. Their hope is that anyone reading this book is inspired and encouraged by their stories and experiences.

Restart Your Life Retreats are free retreats to help women move forward from abuse. They are funded by donations to the Tessa Jetson Foundation. The Retreats are for women who have been through abusive relationships and deserve a retreat to help them move forward in life. The Retreats are all about MOVING FORWARD, not about THE PAST. Friday is a relaxing night getting to know each other. Saturday is all about setting goals with Tessa and focusing on the future. Sunday is get up when you want and leave when you want. There is downtime, and there is a POOL, GYM and games rooms, as well as bush walks, relaxing, vision boards, writing goals, and Karaoke.
