This work is devoted to the analysis of four fundamental managerial functions in small fixed and mobile restaurants in BUTEMBO. We have analysed successively the following main functions of the managerial wheel: planning, organisation, direction (or command) and finally control. Management is indeed applied by the restaurant owners, despite their informal character. They use managerial concepts in a verbal manner, i.e. not supported by techniques. We found that this is the application of management to informality.

Mr. Jean Louis Kambere Nguliko est né en 1988 à Rutshuru (Nord-Kivu,RDC). Il est titulaire d'un diplôme d'État en Math-Physiques obtenu à l'Institut de KAYNA depuis 2007. En 2014, il obtient son diplôme de Licence en Gestion Financière à l'UCG-BUTEMBO. Depuis 2014, il travaille à la Rawbank BUTEMBO et il est Assistant à l'UCG-BUTEMBO depuis 2015.
