La Dra. Evernice Netsai Chiramba es una experimentada y dedicada profesora de primaria que trabajó en el Ministerio de Educación Primaria y Secundaria de Zimbabue, tanto en entornos rurales como urbanos. Es una apasionada de los métodos no violentos de disciplina infantil en el ámbito escolar.
