This book offers an empowering approach to the art of practising and teaching restorative yoga. It is a guide for teachers and trainees that shares the finer details of this style of yoga practice. It is composed of three sections: the history and true purpose of a restorative yoga practice; how to cultivate an inner awareness through breath practice and introspection; and a final practical section on how to structure a restorative yoga practice.
