The museum management of the National Ethnology Office (BNE) is, for more than one, satisfactory through the exhibition of artistic, cultural, religious and archaeological objects. Indeed, through the cultural events carried out, the BNE participates in the education of the Haitian people. This institution allows the Haitian people to have access to a set of elements that consolidate and strengthen their identity as a people. Introducing Results-Based Management (RBM) will enable the BNE museum to further enhance the value of Haiti's tangible and intangible cultural heritage. It is the fourth museum created in Haiti (1941), and the only one that remains in operation among the first museum creations. This museum institution retains its notoriety. All the more so as it gives legitimacy and provides a showcase for Haitian cultural practices. Without forgetting that it contributes greatly to the democratization of Haitian culture. However, its management system, linked to the management of public institutions, is not up to date. However, they face financial constraints. This is why the MAR is the management model to adopt.
