The set of papers includes eight articles written in co-authorship with astronomers from various astronomical institutions from Ukraine, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Germany. Special attention is paid to the reduction of photographic observations in the reference frame of Tycho-2 stellar catalogue and to the study and elimination of systematic errors of commercial scanners Microtek and Epson used as instruments of plate digitizing. Andruk V. M., born on October 4, 1958. In 1982 graduated from T.G. Shevchenko Kiev State University specializing in astronomy. Since 1985 works at the Main Astronomical Observatory of NASU as a Researcher of the Department of Astrometry and Space geodynamics. Area of ¿¿scientific interests - processing of digitized images ofstellar fields, etc.
