Gürbüz Bahad¿r was born in Istanbul in 1962, graduated from the Turkish Police Academy. He has been in public sector for 30 years as an expert, adviser and manager. Alongside his domestic assignments, he has served in international and regional organizations mostly in managerial positions in various parts of the world.
