Autorenporträt
For nearly two decades, Catherine has given writing workshops in-person, online, and at conferences that help writers better understand the various craft elements of writing fiction to make a story a good read. She believes knowing the pros and cons, the advantages and disadvantages, of the various techniques of storytelling actually liberates creativity and aids a writer in telling a far better story-a more marketable story-and a story readers are willing to buy and tell others about. Her lighthearted science fiction short stories have appeared in hard cover and online anthologies and magazines. Her books include: Hearts Akilter (fantasy/sci-fi romance novella) Jewels of the Sky (science fiction adventure) Karma & Mayhem (paranormal fantasy romance- being rereleased in 2017) Adrada to Zool (a short story anthology) Catherine lives on a farm nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains of Western Pennsylvania. In the quiet of the countryside, she writes fantasy, futuristic, and paranormal stories where a reader can escape to other worlds for adventure and romance. Website: http: //www.CatherineEmclean.com
