Wilman Eladio Espinoza Guerrero nasceu em 3 de maio de 1983. Estudou no Colégio Linconl Larrea. Estudos superiores na Universidad Técnica del Norte, UTN, em Comunicação Social. O autor deste livro tem experiência profissional como jornalista, em imprensa, rádio, televisão e relações públicas.
