Randall Corey became a believer in Jesus Christ in 1972 after almost dying from alcohol poisoning. He had been an alcoholic and suicidal since the age of 12 because of his homosexuality. In the fall of 1972 he enrolled at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 1977 with a BA in sacred music. He was ordained in 1978 as an independent Baptist minister. In 1979 he returned to BJU and did additional studies to become a band and orchestra conductor. He worked in a Christian school and then in a public school in Florida until 1986 when he entered the Army band program. He was stationed in Würzburg, Germany and married Suzette Tobaison in 1989. In 1990 they were transferred to Virginia Beach, Virginia. He enrolled in the Living Waters program founded by Andy Comiskey. There he found healing for the homosexual behavior pattern that had driven his youthful alcoholism and suicidal thoughts. In 1993 he trained as a Living Waters leader. He has led sexual recovery groups since 1993 while serving in the military and after retiring. In 1994 he was blown away by the Toronto outpouring when Randy Clark visited Virginia Beach. Randall Corey experienced his first miracle as he and another pastor ministered healing to a young man who had not walked for over six years. The young man was healed and led a parade! Since then Randall has been walking in signs and miracles. He claims no denominational name, but simply asserts that he is a follower of Jesus Christ. Randall used his G.I. Bill and completed a counseling degree at Regent University in 2012. He continues to minister to men coming out of sexual addiction, and runs a spousal support group for wives whose husbands are addicted.
