Elise Micomyiza is a devoted wife and mother of two children, residing in Edmonton, Canada. She is a survivor of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi, the sole survivor among her family of two siblings, and has witnessed the tragic loss of her grandparents. Despite her educational pursuits in the medical field, her aspirations have always been rooted in the legal profession. Elise has made significant contributions to the field of education, by authoring KAS (Kinyarwanda as a Second Language).
