Marleen Brans is Associate Professor at the Public Management Institute, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. B. Guy Peters is Maurice Falk Professor of American Government at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also an Honorary Professor at both Roskilde University Centre and at the City University of Hong Kong, and Distinguished Professor of Comparative Politics at Zeppelin University, Germany.
