This study investigated factors influencing employee turnover in Uganda public sector organizations taking Civil Aviation Authority as a case study. Specifically the study objectives were to: investigate whether remuneration given to staff influences employee turnover, examine whether job security affects employee turnover and assess whether employee involvement has a bearing on employee turnover in Civil Aviation Authority.
