The stories we tell ourselves can shape our lives. But what if our stories are self-limiting or negative? Can we change them to build a happier and more fulfilling life? In Rewrite Your Narrative, Karl-Heinz Schradt helps us recognise the unhelpful narratives we tell ourselves and rewrite them from scratch. Drawing from analytical psychology, stoicism and Eastern wisdom, he shows us how personal change is possible through a series of powerful tools - wisdom, action and mental development. When we use these tools to discard the Victim archetype and recast ourselves as Heroes, we abandon confusion and find clarity about our unique direction in life. Rewrite Your Narrative is the sequel to Becoming Unshakable, a guide that has helped hundreds of people develop insight into their personality and change unhelpful core beliefs, thought patterns and habits. This volume continues the journey by helping us align our conscious and unconscious minds - and find our authentic selves. Written by Karl-Heinz Schradt, a mental health professional with more than 20 years of experience, this book is designed for anyone who wants to conquer the Victim mentality and approach life's challenges with a sense of calm, compassion and resourcefulness.
