The main objective of this book is to conduct a case study and design wideband and dual-band receiver in the downlink and uplink carrier in L and Ku-band achieving multifunctional, low cost, high efficiency, and reduced size. To achieve the most suitable design for the proposed system, we divide the RF front end receiver into small parts like an antenna, bandpass filter, and low noise amplifier. Next, the simulation of the RF front end receiver components after the integration. Finally, the RF front end receiver circuits are connected and measuring the receiver performance.

Ahmed Sayed received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alexandria, and an M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Ain Shams University, EGYPT.
