Chuck Poirier is a recognized authority on supply chain management, e-business techniques, and the collaborative use of technology around the world. He has written ten business books, six of which have been related to improving supply chain processing including The Networked Supply Chain and Business Process Management Applied. Duncan McCollum has a strong consulting background, including considerable experience with the evaluation, implementation and deployment of RFID technology, including business case development to meet the Wal-Mart and US Department of Defense mandates for their suppliers.
