This book is intended for students doing research on rheology, emulsions, and inhibitors for crude oil, or for others involved in it, and also for those who want to learn a typical methodology for it. Teachers can also recommend this book. The aim of this Book is to explore the rheological properties of light crude oil and its emulsions in order to obtain more information about the rheological behavior of oil flow in pipelines. The investigations were carried out at a temperature of 20 C° using the RheoStress (ThermoHaake, Germany). The results showed that the consistency of the prepared emulsions altered with their water content. The research of the useful connection revealed semi-Newtonian behavior with a moderate stable consistency due to 100% light raw petroleum. However, the Bingham plastic and the Herschel-Buckley models showed the rheological practices of emulsions with diverse water fixations better. The stability of emulsions was determined by evaluating rheological parameters such as non-Newtonian consistency.
