She is the author of Gypsy Academics and Mother-teachers: Gender, Contingent Labor, and Writing Instruction, coauthorof Rural Literacies, andcoeditor of Moving a Mountain: Transforming the Role of Contingent Faculty in Composition Studies and Higher Education.
