»Richard von Kühlmann. Memoirs and Political Correspondence 1904 to 1918«: Markus Bußmann has unearthed the memoirs of Richard von Kühlmann, one of the ablest diplomats of the Second German Empire and foreign secretary in 1917/18. They were written in the early 1930s, but never published. They complement the memoirs published by Kühlmann in 1948. In the second part of this edition Winfried Baumgart adds a collection of documents by Kühlmann's pen for the years 1904 to 1918 and preserved in the archives of the German Foreign Ministry in Berlin.

Markus Bußmann ist Studiendirektor für Geschichte und Sozialwissenschaften am Comenius-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf. Er hat mehrere Aufsätze zu Richard von Kühlmann und zur niederländischen Geschichte verfasst.
