Richland Center is a city in Richland County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 5,114 at the 2000 census. There were 2,296 households out of which 25.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.6% were married couples living together, 11.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 44.0% were non-families. 38.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 21.1% had someone living alone whowas 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.15 and the average family size was 2.83.
