Jhoni Lagun Siang, nata a Togola Sangir il 14 giugno 1979, è la seconda figlia del defunto Lorens Lagunsiang e della signora Alce Masihor. Ha ricevuto l'istruzione di base nel 1987-1992. Prosegue la scuola media nel 1992-1995. Prosegue gli studi secondari nel 1995-1998.
