Still the parents have a question, "why do we need to educate our children?" This book has found the answers of (1) How do the children and parents perceive right to education? (2) What are the challenges encountered while implementing right to education? (3) How can the right to education with minimum standards enabling condition be ensured to the children in Karnali? The students and parents were less aware of right to education and considered shepherding better than right to education. For students right to education was 'child to child' and for parents 'Kham language and calculator operation'.
