The right to food, as a fundamental right, is one of the problems that mainly afflicts human beings throughout the world, in this sense, it is said that if a human being is deprived of this fundamental right, his death has a legal connotation, that his death is the product of a murder.For this reason, the human being has the right to food, but it should not be understood that it should be free, but this right should be protected, protected by international standards, as this standard states in Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, that the human being is assigned the right to food, also includes clothing, security, standard of living and / or quality of life and that allows him to find his integral development within society.Thus, also in sequence, this right in particular must be addressed and protected by the States, and these must intervene directly, respecting the right to food of the human person, i.e. not hindering with regulatorybarriers, taxes, affecting their own production, and / or marketing of food.
