Therefore, in order to reflect on the right to health, this study proposes to analyze Primary Health Care (PHC) and its quality, as well as Judicialization as a strategy for access.

Luna Barreto de Medeiros es licenciada en Trabajo Social, tiene un Máster en Política Social y actualmente es estudiante de doctorado en el Programa de Posgrado en Política Social.
