In the twenty first century, rights of indigenous peoples emerge as a crucial issue. Challenges in substantiating and materializing these rights still remain a matter of critical analysis. Defining the rights, delimiting the extent of such rights and identifying agents to carry out the functions remain important subjects to analyze. Indigenous rights remain a multi disciplinary phenomenon that may include wide range of topics related to cultural, socio economical, geographical questions.
