Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1980 Mr. Ali was a premature baby at 2 lbs. 8 ounces. Graduated from High school in 1998, and Delaware State University in 2004. Mr. Ali acquired a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and minored in Political Science.
