Abdalla Kosa est un jeune chercheur dans le domaine des affaires et de la gestion. Il est titulaire d'une licence en gestion de l'université de Haramaya et d'un master en administration des affaires (MBA) de l'université d'Arba Minch. Il travaille actuellement comme enseignant et chercheur à l'université Debre Berhan.
