Autorenporträt
After retiring from a 25-year career in commercial real estate, Fran Ruh wanted to tell stories. Having dreaded writing assignments in school, she was reluctant to start penning the stories of her family, but the inspired tales propelled her to take a few classes to better her prose. Quickly, the enjoyment of composition overtook her, and she began writing her first book, The Schepp Family Chronicles. The fever of the written word continued, and Fran wrote, Question Everything, and this book, Risk Everything. Fran, her husband, Ron, and their fluffy dog Misty live in the Midwest near their two sons and their families. They enjoy spending time at their original family home, a cattle ranch on Deep Creek in the rugged Flint Hills of Kansas. In Risk Everything, Fran continues the theme of transition and redemption found in her first novel, Question Everything. Fran can be reached directly at riskeverything2248@gmail.com.
