The "Tired Caregiver Syndrome" is a disease that is present due to an overload of activities in people who are dedicated to the care of a person or animal in a state of risk. This condition manifests itself in the physical and emotional aspect of the subject and can have an unfavorable impact on their quality of life. The objective of this research is to identify the syndrome and factors of the tired caregiver of the elderly with chronic diseases in the "Virgen del Milagro" 2022 health center. This study has a quantitative approach, because it worked with statistical data; of descriptive type, since the results were indicated in detail and with a transversal cut, the information collected was carried out in a determined period of time. From the implementation of the Zarit questionnaire, focused on knowing the caregivers' overload, it could be observed that there is an absence of overload in 46% of the participants, while 16% suffer from a light overload, and 38% have an intense overload, marked in a higher percentage in women caregivers between 30 and 50 years of age.
