Those who visited two times antenatal care were10.37 times more likely to anemic compared to visiting one time[AOR (95%CI) = 10.37(2.65,40.62)]. Those who had 9-12 grade educational level were 5.97 times more likely anemic compared to primary or less education [AOR (95%CI) = 5.97(1.96,18.22)]. Based on the data presented in this study, we believed that anemia is a major health issue for pregnant women in this study area.Educational level , monthly income , iron supplement , dew arming, medical history and number of antenatal care visits seem to be strong predictors of anemia among pregnant women
