Secondly, with the further development of real estate industry of India, the Indian real estate companies are in urgent need of a scientific risk management. Thirdly, the risks in the Indian real estate sector have their own characteristics; the Indian real estate companies must assess and integrate the technology risk, when applied to core business, according to these characteristics. Fourth, it is recommended that the Indian government, universities, insurance companies, Indian real estate companies working together to create a culture of cooperation for the development of risk management in Indian real estate sector.
