Dr Chibaya Mbuya is an international authority, author and lecturer in risk management, accounting and banking and is regarded as having pioneered many of the systems, procedures and training programmes companies can use. John graduated from De Montfort University (UK) with an MBA and a PhD in Banking from University of Johannesburg.
