Risky sexual behavior, addiction and aggression are three important personal and social factors. Each of these variables has one-way or two-way relation with each other. This has led researchers to propose the triangle hypothesize of sex, addiction and aggression and they tried to prove it by using a review study on previous researches in this area. By reviewing the literature, the dual interaction between risky sexual behavior and violence, between addiction and risky sexual behavior, and between addiction and aggression have been observed. Supporting Triangular relationship can establish systematic view and the rules of the systems in relation to three basic human behaviors, namely: High-risk Sex, Addiction and Aggression. If these relations are true, we could assume that all three types of High Risk Sex, Addiction and Aggression are linked and affect each other and for controlling each one, we should pay attention to others.
