Mohammad Ali Nasrollahi est titulaire d'un doctorat en études de la langue anglaise de l'Université nationale de Malaisie (UKM) et est membre du corps enseignant de l'Université technique et professionnelle d'Iran. Ses principaux domaines de recherche sont l'enseignement et l'apprentissage de la lecture, la lecture critique et les stratégies de lecture, la pensée critique et la recherche-action.
