Roaring Creek Township is a township in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 495 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 23.5 square miles (60.9 km²), of which, 23.5 square miles (60.9 km²) of it is land and 0.04% is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 495 people, 198 households, and 149 families residing in the township. The population density was 21.1 people per square mile (8.1/km²). There were 279 housing units at an average density of 11.9/sq mi (4.6/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 99.39% White, 0.40% Asian, and 0.20% from two or more races. There were 198 households out of which 29.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.7% were non-families.
