Jean-Pierre MANUANA NSEKA è un professore ordinario e insegna scienze della comunicazione scritta nelle università congolesi. È autore di diverse pubblicazioni e comunicazioni scientifiche. È stato il primo direttore della prima biblioteca interuniversitaria della RDCongo, il Centre de Documentation de l'Enseignement Supéri.
