Rodney Martin (born 22 December 1982) is an American sprinter. Martin is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. Martin was a state record holder in track and field. He attended Western High School, where he played football and ran track. He graduated with honors, and later went to a Junior College in Kansas, and then graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice. He finished seventh in 200 metres at the 2006 World Athletics Final. He finished fourth in the final of the 200m at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka with a new personal best time of 20.06s coming one hundredth of a second behind fellow American Wallace Spearmon.…mehr
