Rodolfo Plaza Montero, also known as Rodolfo "El Cabro" Plaza, was the president of Club Bolívar as well as a former footballer. Plaza participated in "Juegos Bolivianos" in 1938 as a player for the Bolivia national team. He played club football for Club Bolívar, leading the club to its first national championship in 1932. He fought in the Chaco War in his youth, was a political prisoner in 1948 during the Civil War, and also was a revolutionary fighter in the historic 9 de Abril revolution in 1952. He died in 1988, watching the game he put his life into.
